Join nursing colleagues for an interactive class discussing defensive documentation.  

This class will engage both experienced and newer nurses.    

       Topics include:

~ General documentation tips

~ Narrative note writing

~ Incident report writing

~ Crisis Standards of Care

        and charting scenario practice

• Saturday, May 14, 2022,   1230-1630 (till 5:30 if staying for additional practice/feedback)

$50 – 4-hour CEU Class, includes some practice

$10 – Optional additional 1 hour of guided practice and feedback (must have attended 4 hour class)

Discounts for pre-licensure nursing students. Please email us for a code.

Space is limited.  The rooms used are large enough to allow for proper distancing.
